Pasture Raised Chicken Pre-Order
We are sold out of broilers for this year. Check back in the spring for more information on the broilers.
We still have a small number of stewing hens available for $10 a bird. Stewing hens are laying hens that are no longer productive. These are not available in your local grocery store. They make the best chicken stock and soups. We can only make them available once a year when we replenish our flocks. After these are sold, we will not have any more stewing hens available until Fall of 2009.
Please enclose a $5.00 deposit for each chicken ordered.
By ordering, you are committing to pick up your chickens on
the specified pickup date between 1:00 and 6:00pm.
Please bring a cooler or other carrying container large
enough for the number of chickens you’ve ordered.
If you do not show up on the pickup date, you are forfeiting
your $5/bird deposit. We
are not legally able to hold chickens over beyond the pickup date.
If for some reason we are unable to provide your chickens
(for example if we lost chickens to predators), we will completely
refund your deposit.
